General Information

  • Appointments will be added to a drivers queue 10-15 minutes before the appointment time and the driver will start charging wait after attempting to contact the passenger. 

  • Food deliveries will be charged the same as a Taxiville ride. (including wait time if the meal isn't  ready)

  • We will wait at a pick-up location for 5 minutes, if no one shows then an additional charge and/or no ride will be given. 

  • In-town Roadside Assistance is $45. 

  • Taxiville enforces a strict No-Show policy. If rider does not call to cancel ride before driver arrives rider will be charged a No-Show fee.

  • Rider will be charged for damages occurred to Taxiville property. 

  • If ANY bodily fluids (including vomit, urine, or spit, etc.) is present on Taxiville property at any time rider will be charged for all cost associated with cleaning. Including cleaning fees, lost rides due to incident, and employee wages lost while cleaning vehicle.

  • If legal measures must be taken, rider will also be required to compensate Taxiville for those fees.

  • ​Taxiville not responsible for possible damage on roadside assistance calls.

  • All after hours calls must be booked in advance. Additional charges may apply.

  • There is a required $50 minimum for all after hours trips. Higher rates may apply. 

  • Card number will be required to book after hour appointments.

  • After hours appointments depends on availability of a driver, please speak with a dispatcher to check availability
